I am recruiting for an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead on behalf of my client, an innovative semiconductor company developing advanced mixed-signal IC solutions for next-generation smart devices. This role is based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid working model.

My client is looking for an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead to take ownership of silicon development and deliver complex mixed-signal IC products from concept through to production.

This is a hands on technical leadership role, combining strong analog design expertise with responsibility for guiding silicon execution and supporting future technology development.

Responsibilities:

- Lead analog and mixed-signal IC design from architecture through to tape out.
- Own silicon development programmes, including verification, sign-off, bring-up and characterisation.
- Perform schematic design, simulation, layout reviews and design optimisation.
- Work with internal teams, foundries, EDA partners and external suppliers.




- Support decisions around performance, reliability, manufacturability and production readiness.
- Provide technical guidance while remaining hands on with design activities.

Requirements:

- Strong background in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
- Experience leading silicon projects through multiple tape outs.
- Hands on experience across the full IC design flow, including schematic, simulation, verification, layout review and silicon validation.
- Experience with sensor interfaces, precision analog circuits or noise-sensitive designs.
- Experience working in a fabless semiconductor environment.
