Accor is seeking a People & Culture Operations Specialist, reporting to the Senior P&C; Operations Business Partner Mediterranean. You will partner with General Managers and hotel teams to implement people strategies, coordinate activities within Accor’s operating model, and promote recruitment, talent development and learning.

You will monitor service delivery, advise hotels, support regional projects across the Mediterranean, and deliver practical, value-adding HR solutions.
