ph3Job Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Distrigo Zone Manager. /p h3Mission /h3 pTo ensure the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability) optimizing both sell‑in and sell‑out actions, by the Distrigo Hub within their assigned area. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize regular meetings with the Distrigo Hub managers /li liMonitor on monthly basis evolution of business scenario within the territory: customer demand, competitors activities, etc. /li liAnalyze the business KPIs of the Hub: Sell out by channel, product stock, profitability, etc. /li liDrive forward the Annual General Commercial Policy /li liSupport Distrigo Hub in planning and executing the sell‑out actions needed to maximize Hub effectiveness, sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the NSC /li liGrant consistency between the sell in and the sell‑out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stock /li liNegotiate with the Distrigo Hub the product sell‑in (e.g. product mix, commercial policy, sell in out action)



/li liDrive forward Sell Out Channel Authorized Independent Repair B2B /li liMonitor Quality KPI /li liDrive the Distrigo HUB forward in their Field Force and Call Center activity /li liWork with the Distrigo Hub in their operational marketing actions /li liIdentify the Distrigo Hub needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. in order to fully maximize market share. /li /ul h3Profile Background /h3 ul li5-8 years of experience /li liStrong sales and analysis orientation /li liExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem‑solving skills /li liEnergy, determination and stress management /li liExcellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS Excel /li liGood knowledge of the English language. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 45,000 € to 55,000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
