As our Sales and Training representative it is your mission to grow sales of Dorel Juvenile brands (Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort and Tiny Love) as well as train our retailers on product and brand knowledge in bNorth-East Italy (East Lombardy Triveneto area). /b /p h3Your mission /h3 pYour mission is to grow sales and penetration of Dorel Juvenile brands in the region by optimizing the business relationship with existing national (key) accounts and realizing the sales targets. Besides that you are responsible for the execution of our visual merchandise strategy for retailers and training them on our products and brands. This is your chance! /p pYou will manage a portfolio of retailers in North-East area (East Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions). Whilst this position is home based, occasional travel will be required to our office in Telgate (BG). You will be part of a winning team and reporting to the Sales Manager of Italy. Ideally you’re based in Milano, Bergamo or Brescia. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRealization of execution of account plans, in such a way that turnover targets are overachieved. /li liMaintain or improve numeric and qualitative distribution and potentially expand distribution of our products in a way that ensures sales targets are achieved. /li liChecking if our visual merchandising strategy is executed correctly in the retailer shops.
/li liTraining and coaching the retail staff of our customers on our products and brands. /li liAnalyzing and reporting the sales results in such a way that it is possible to correct or change the (sales) targets on time for realization. /li liWorking closely together with the Sales Administration, Operational Marketing, Retailer Care, and After-Sales departments to ensure optimal customer relationships. /li liEnsure a good and professional relationship with customers, in such a way that customers are and will remain extremely satisfied with Dorel. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou have a couple of years’ working experience in a similar sales role or in a retail environment. /li liExperience with Salesforce or another ERP system is a big plus. /li liStrong organizational skills and experience, excellent negotiation skills and is a confident presenter. /li liEnjoy and analyze data, to provide customers with great service. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and confident in English. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA salary between b32.500€ /band b40.000€ /bbgross annually /b, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow. /li liFulltime position with permanent contract. /li liA company car according to our lease plan.
