BD is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Women’s Health to accelerate growth and drive regional marketing initiatives across the European Union. You will lead cross-functional programs, collaborate with sales, regulatory, and medical affairs to strengthen customer loyalty and achieve targets.

The role requires 5–8+ years in medical devices marketing, an MBA or equivalent, fluent English, and 35% travel. Location flexibility across Europe with primary work in Milano, ITA.
