Your day‑to‑day activities will include Promotion EP products and close collaboration with Engineering network and partners to support Area sales activities. /p h3You’ll make an impact by: /h3 ul liDriving the promotion of EP solutions to enhance energy efficiency, identifying and developing the most effective go‑to‑market channels across Infrastructure and Industrial segments (Engineering Firms, Distributors, Panel Builders, OEMs and Installers), with a focus on expanding the full Low Voltage portfolio penetration. /li liDeveloping and expanding Engineering networks and strategic partnerships, strengthening technical engagement across the ecosystem. /li liProviding advanced technical support to Panel Builders and Distributors, ensuring optimal application of Low Voltage solutions and alignment with project requirements. /li liCollaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Business Development,



contributing to pipeline generation by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of current offerings and market opportunities. /li liDesigning and implementing data‑driven tools, reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance versus budget, enabling informed decision‑making and accurate forecasting by management. /li liEngaging and influencing key stakeholders and customer decision‑makers, positioning EP solutions as preferred technical choices in complex projects. /li liIntegrating the customer perspective into innovation processes, delivering actionable insights to support the development of competitive and value‑driven solutions. /li liMaintaining in‑depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitors’ portfolios, continuously benchmarking and identifying differentiation opportunities. /li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in prescription and technical support of Low Voltage Components within Infrastructure and Residential market /li liBachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent or Technical High School Diploma /li liGeneral knowledge of LV and MV panels and electrical distribution /li liAvailable to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international /li liGood knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken /li liStrong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative,
