ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this Mechanical Engineer role at Lilly's Sesto Fiorentino site, you will help manage production lines across Packaging, Formulation, Filling, or Visual Inspection to optimise efficiency, safety, and quality. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate production plans into actionable equipment setup and maintenance activities. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and ensuring compliance with standards. This is a hands‑on position with impact on line performance, maintenance planning, and supplier collaboration. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDevelop in-depth understanding of the production process and associated documentation /liliConfigure equipment setups to align with production plans /liliPrepare operating procedures and share best practices across teams /liliLead root cause analysis for process anomalies and provide initial problem-solving /liliCollaborate with Maintenance Manager for routine and special maintenance (IC/IL, predictive, corrective)



/liliPerform specific interventions on production equipment and support predictive maintenance /liliAnalyze process data and manage KPIs (OEE, alarms, rejects, downtime, AQMS) /liliLead continuous improvement initiatives and CapEx projects /liliTrain and support operational and maintenance staff /liliManage spare parts inventory, reordering levels, codification, and interchangeability /liliPlan and coordinate activities during shutdowns /liliAssess HSE risks of maintenance interventions with Technical Team /liliInteract with national and international suppliers for components and services /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent) /lili1-2 years of experience in production, engineering, or maintenance in structured companies /liliFluent in English (B2 or higher) /liliKnowledge of maintenance fundamentals and KPIs, and basic metrology concepts /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
