ppThe resource, reporting directly to the IT Coordinator, will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure and providing technical support to internal users, working across both help desk activities and system/infrastructure-related projects. The role also includes managing IT operations across two sites in the Milan metropolitan area, ensuring effective support, operational continuity, and coordination of activities according to business needs and project priorities. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liFollow up on IT projects and projects that involve IT. /li liSource and facilitate IT support by meeting the site flexibility needs. /li liIdentify and manage incidents having a significant impact on production and shipments. /li liIt provides reporting on these incidents, communication to the impacted business teams as well as to the IT manager and his hierarchy. Identifies and alerts on recurring incidents. /li liIdentify and tracks IT requests made by the site. /li liVerify the compatibility with the governance rules before they are implemented or checks with the IT Manager of the Country Manager for their feasibility. /li liIdentify actions to secure critical activities of the site (security stock, escalation process) /li liExecutes, contributes to the organization and planning of maintenance operations, in coordination with site management and its IT correspondents. /li liEnsure by its proposals, a continuous improvement that must contribute to reduce the number of tickets and ensure a good level of satisfaction of its users. /li liMust propose solutions that improve incident resolution time. /li liMonitor the end-to-end interventions of IT partners who intervene on site (networks, telephony, etc.)



/li liDisseminate and respect the standards and best practices put in place by the central teams. /li liManage the management of material on site (security stock, renewal, replacement in case of breakdowns, etc.) /li liProvides, and installs PC/phones/tablets. /li liGuarantees proximity support to users for all hardware. /li liIs the local contact point for deployments, and contributes to impact analyses (infrastructure control, deployment of equipment, etc.) /li liProvide post-deployment support, identify problems encountered and propose solutions for improvement. /li liFacilitates and supports the deployment of new IT solutions. /li liCarry out or participate in the reporting of the progress of projects of its sites. /li liWorks closely with the central support teams and the “knowledge” manager. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liIT experience or qualification /li li+3 years’ experience in a similar technical field /li liPrevious Proximity Support experience /li liExperience with IT support to internal client and run of operations. /li liGood Level of English is mandatory – French is a plus. /li liAn initial experience at an industrial site would be a plus. /li liFirst experience in an international environment would be a plus. /li liNetwork Telecom: WAN MPLS, LAN/WLAN/IPT Cisco, /li liWindows client, Smartphones and Tablet (Apple), /li liO365 full suite with Collaboration Tools knowledge /li liExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with Very Very Important Persons (VVIPs). /li liStrong and effective interpersonal communication skills essential /li liFocused on business goals and satisfaction. /li liAble to work in a changing environment. /li liAbility to work cross functional. /li liMobility across all sites under its responsibility (Milan hinterland) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
