Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, or similar HR roles.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – C1 level.
- Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, reporting).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

- Experience with attendance and time management processes.
- Knowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Previous experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in an international or structured environment.
