ppWe are seeking a skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting‑edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. /p pAs part of our Business Consulting division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pLead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices. /p pAct as a trusted advisor for clients, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and strategic decision‑making. /p pTake ownership of pre‑sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations. /p pManage and facilitate client workshops, translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures. /p pCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. /p pEnsure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases. /p h3Qualifications /h3 p8–10+ years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. /p pStrong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Goals, Compensation, Recruiting), with multiple end‑to‑end implementations delivered. /p pDeep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently. /p pProven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions. /p pHigh level of autonomy and accountability, including ownership of deliverables and client relationships. /p pExcellent communication and presentation skills (Italian + English), both written and spoken.



/p pA collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team. /p pAvailability to travel based on project needs (short/medium/long‑term). /p pThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €45.000 to €55.000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level.
