ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will design, develop, and optimize electric motors for professional laundry, food beverage, and dynamic preparation equipment. You will work within the Global Technology team to advance core motor technologies across product lines and markets. You’ll tackle electromagnetic, thermal, mechanical integration, prototyping, and validation challenges to improve efficiency, cost, noise, reliability, and manufacturability. This is a hands‑on role with cross‑functional collaboration to enable differentiated performance and global standards. You will help drive sustainable, customer‑focused innovation that meets needs beyond tomorrow. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliSupport electric motor solutions development for multiple product lines (BLDC, PMSM, induction, universal motors) /liliPerform motor sizing based on torque, speed, power, efficiency, and duty cycle /liliAnalyze motor designs (stator, rotor, winding, lamination, magnets, insulation, housing) /liliConduct thermal analysis and cooling design for real operating conditions /liliSupport NVH improvements through design optimization /liliEnsure mechanical fit, mounting, sealing, and vibration isolation for appliance integration /liliCollaborate with RD and manufacturing to meet DFM/DFA, cost targets, and production feasibility /liliBuild, prototype,



and test motors; execute validation plans (efficiency mapping, thermal rise, durability, vibration, environmental tests) /liliWork with electronics/control teams to ensure inverter/drive compatibility and control algorithms /liliSupport quality with root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for field issues /liliLead value engineering and cost optimization; establish global quality and compliance standards (IEC, UL) /liliDocument drawings, specifications, BOMs, test reports, and design reviews /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli5+ years of electric motor design experience in high-volume products /liliStrong understanding of motor electromagnetic principles and winding/insulation systems /liliThermal management expertise /liliMechanical design considerations (bearings, tolerances, vibration) /liliExperience with motor simulation tools (Maxwell, JMAG, Motor-CAD) /liliFamiliarity with lab testing and validation of motors /liliKnowledge of manufacturing processes for motors (stamping, winding, impregnation, balancing, assembly) /liliBachelor in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ullihybrid work option /liliflexible work‑life balance /lilicountry‑specific perks and benefits /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
