ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Sr Manager, Finance, you help align commercial initiatives across the Drug Product Division and global Sterile network. You will provide financial oversight, standardize methodologies, and drive investment and capacity models to improve asset utilization. You will partner with cross-functional teams, support business development and MA activities, and coordinate multi-site project framing with the Legal team. This role offers visibility to executives and the opportunity to shape financial strategy in a global manufacturing environment. You will work closely with leadership to enable informed decisions and sustain growth in a mission-driven organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDrive strategic alignment and operational tracking of commercial initiatives across business units /liliPartner with cross-functional teams to improve asset utilization and model new investment opportunities /liliProvide financial oversight and promote standard methodologies to enhance STL network performance /liliCoordinate finance steering during business development initiatives (internal markets/technologies and external MA, 3rd party)



/liliHarmonize deal modeling and quotation activities for business development /liliCollaborate with Legal to support contract framing for multi-site STL projects /liliSupport standard operating cycles (monthly/quarterly reviews, AOP, long-term outlook) and own streams such as portfolio projections and sales targets /liliDevelop new systems to improve analytical capabilities /liliCollaborate with Divisional Supply Chain leader to refine capacity utilization models /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) /lili10+ years of relevant finance experience /liliStrong analytical skills and excellent communication /liliProven history of cross-functional teamwork /liliAbility to lead multiple assignments, exercise good judgement, and prioritize time /liliLeadership, initiative, and ability to present to an executive audience /liliAdherence to Thermo Fisher 4-I values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement /liliTravel up to 15% /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
