Turner Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement Project Planning/Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations. /li liCoordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) in conjunction with Project Lead, Project Cost Engineer and Contractor project controls leads, and in conjunction with Project Execution Plans. /li liPrepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and customized reports. /li liPerform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules. /li liConduct the required project schedule analysis,
critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole. /li liAnalyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule, highlighting bottlenecks or delays and propose corrective actions. /li liPrepare the Integrated Planning / Scheduling contribution to the Monthly Project Report and specific reports / presentations. /li liAnalyze and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance or change order. /li liPrepare resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExpertise in project controls and time/schedule management, preferably within the Life Sciences / Pharma or associated sectors. /li liExpert experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred). /li liAbility to coordinate/organise multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liTenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions. /li liAble to develop good working relationships with project team. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur people share our purpose and values.
