ppAre you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for procurement? /p pRandstad Italia is looking for a bPurchase Order Specialist /b on behalf of one of our clients - a Chinese multinational company based in Vimodrone (Milan). /p pThis is a one-year fixed-term contract through our outsourcing partner, Randstad Italia, with a strong possibility of renewal. /p ul libLocation: /b Vimodrone (Milan) - 1 day remote work per week /li libContract Type: /b 12-month fixed-term with renewal potential /li libSalary Range: /b €30,000 - €35,000 (commensurate with experience) /li /ul h3What will be your main responsibilities? /h3 ul libProcurement Operations: /b Manage general procurement activities based on the Business Units' needs. /li libPO Management: /b Prepare purchase-order-related documents and support suppliers from the initial quotation to the billing configuration in the system. /li libTracking Delivery: /b Monitor ongoing purchase orders to ensure smooth, timely delivery. /li libAdministrative Support: /b Assist with contract management, archiving,
