Join us. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Road/Highway Engineer to join our growing Infrastructure team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from feasibility studies to detailed design, construction support, and project management across both domestic and international markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and deliver road/highway or linear infrastructure engineering projects from concept through to completion. /li liOversee feasibility studies, schemes, and detailed designs, assessments, and construction supervision. /li liProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. /li liEnsure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

/li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients at local, national, and international levels. /li liSupport health and safety compliance and construction site supervision. /li liManage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. /li liManage technical and administrative content for bids and proposals of major infrastructure programs in Italy and abroad. /li /ul h3Recent or current project experiences /h3 ul liDesign of national or international road/highway and major linear infrastructure projects. /li liDesign of new road alignments, junction improvements, and urban mobility enhancements. /li liRehabilitation and adequacy assessments of existing road infrastructure. /li liCivil works within broader infrastructure, civil or environmental projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluent in bItalian and English /b. /li liMinimum b10 years of experience /b in road/highway engineering. /li liStrong knowledge of Italian and international design standards and regulations. /li liProficiency in road design software such as bCivil 3D, OpenRoads /b, or similar. /li liExperience in modelling and BIM coordination environments such as bInfraWorks /b, bNavisWorks /b, or similar. /li liExcellent communication and technical reporting skills. /li liProven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
