What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
- Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues,



such as system configurations and network settings.
- Deliver accurate and real-time answers to inquiries.
- Contribute to building brand engagement for our clients.

Your qualifications

- Have a high level of Italian and English (oral and written).
- Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and teamwork.
- Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices.
