Description
Position may be responsible for completing and reporting on results of technical and facility requests, working through Manager and Technician Lead. Areas of focus include creating and testing proprietary, auto-generating formulation files of products for Mosaic and development teams and contributing to department strategy.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an understanding of color science principles and apply them while creating, building, and testing auto-generating formulation files into Mosaic program
- Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information
- Effectively works and communicates with others through collaboration on assigned projects




- Works with Technician Lead to outline and perform required tasks to achieve objectives requested with infrequent review of progress and results
- Accurate preparation, application and QC of letdown samples
- Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures
- Resolution of problems relating to products and processed accomplished in a timely manner

Qualifications
- High School graduation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of technical experience
