The Role
Are you an organized, detail-oriented HR or Training professional with a deep understanding of the Italian mandatory training? We are looking for a Mandatory Training & Development Specialist to take ownership of our mandatory training operations in Italy. In this role, you will ensure the legal and regulatory compliance of all training activities in Italy and oversee the operational deployment of transverse training plans for employees.
Main Responsibilities
Regulatory & Administrative Management
- Legal Compliance:



Ensure all local training initiatives strictly adhere to Italian labor law and mandatory requirements (including D.lgs 81⁄08 health & safety and specific compliance training), collaborating closely with the RSPP when needed.
- Mandatory Training: maintaining and updating the mandatory training deadlines (scadenziario della formazione obbligatoria).
- End-to-End Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of training files, from course registrations and agreements to attendance sheets, completion certificates, and strict budget tracking.
- Funding Management (Fondi Interprofessionali): Act as our primary point of contact with local inter-professional training funds like Fondimpresa. You will be responsible for funding applications and ensure all supporting documentation is flawlessly processed for maximum reimbursement.
- Operational Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational teams and the different HR
