Inv. Banker Analyst – UBS M&A; mid-market (Corporate Advisory Group) Location: Milano, LOM, IT. Tempo pieno, on site. Job Reference # 341139 BR Responsibilities Take an active role in the execution of M&A; deals by preparing marketing documents and business plans, setting up data rooms, managing due diligence Q&A;, and working with senior team members on all activities needed to reach signing and closing. Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options and perform company valuations. Generate new ideas and creative approaches to push the business forward. Identify and meet client needs, coordinating and working alongside senior colleagues and investors. Spot problems, generate options and recommend solutions. Manage and support development of interns. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in M&A; advisory with direct exposure to both origination and execution workstreams. Deep understanding of and proactive contribution in the various phases of an M&A; process: preparation of marketing material (teasers, information memorandum, business plans),



due diligence activities (Q&A;, expert sessions, management presentations), and negotiation of legal documents (SPA, SHA) to signing and closing. Solid financial analysis skills with thorough knowledge of Italian accounting and corporate valuation methodologies (e.g., trading and transaction multiples, discounted cash flow, LBO model). Hands‐on experience producing effective, clear and persuasive presentation material to be shared with clients and counterparties. Proficiency in the use of AI‐powered tools to improve efficiency and quality of M&A; processes. Advanced reasoning, multitasking and problem‐solving skills. Proven ability to coordinate, motivate and train junior resources. Team spirit and collaborative approach. Italian native; fluency in English.
