Vishay Italy is currently seeking applicants for Quality Eng Modules. In this position, you will define, implement, and/or enhance strategies for cross-divisional business growth.Job Location:Vishay Semiconductor Italiana spa is site focused on the design,



development and production of power diodes and power modules. There are around 300 employees currently work in Borgaro Torinese Italy. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans.What you will be doing: · Drive process discipline through audits, data monitoring and escalation of deviations · Manage internal quality issues and non-conformities, leading structured problem solving (8D) · Identify quality risks, trends and systemic weaknesses, promoting preventive actions · Support Manufacturing in reinforcing ownership of quality at shopfloor level · Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Operations to improve process stability and reliability · Contribute to continuous improvement and quality system enhancement initiatives · Manage Customer Issue and support preventive actions · Manage supplier issue and quality performanceWhat you will bring along: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering: Q
