Overview
Meaningful Work From Day One. This role is to provide support and analytical insight to the local business team in the organization, working very closely with Marketing and Commercial functions. As finance business partner the incumbent will interact with the Sales, the Trade/Customer Marketing, and the Marketing teams as well as the other departments to actively drive business decisions. The role reports directly to the Finance Manager and is an office/hybrid position (four days a week at the Milan office, Fridays working from home).
Responsibilities
- Analytical lead for commercial units by preparing meaningful and actionable reporting including budget reporting, variance analysis, and depletions reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasting and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support preparation of presentations relating to actuals, budget, and forecasts.
- Act as the first point of contact for marketing – brand expense budget controlling.
- Support regional brand leadership with analysis of brand performance, effectiveness,



A&P; spend, and analytics to support annual strategy.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, special projects, and provide support in all other areas of the Finance Team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Responsible for SOX/Audit controls and reporting.
- Support the Finance Manager in the daily activities of the Finance department.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial financial analysis or FP&A.;
- Fluency in English for everyday work.
- Strong financial and analytical abilities.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP Hana and BI/BW is preferred.
