Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the factory HSE function, coordinating with line managers to ensure safety, compliance, and capability development. You will drive behavioral safety change and HSE learning across the organization, aligning with standards and best practices. The position blends governance with hands‐on support to sustain a leaner, cleaner manufacturing environment. You will operate in a hybrid setup, contributing to ABB's safety culture and broader sustainability goals.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support line managers in understanding HSE obligations and requirements (legal, internal, group)
Ensure tools and measures monitor compliance and incident reporting
Report HSE performance against group and local targets




Drive behavioral change and optimize HSE capabilities to align with standards and best practices
Responsabilità Extensive experience in HSE within a manufacturing setting (≥5 years)
Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and relevant international standards
RSPP/ASPP qualification is preferred
University degree in HSE engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in Italian and English
