Overview:
This is an exciting role for your regulated, qualified and validated solution experience. As we increase our portfolio of qualified solutions, we need a compliance experienced and minded person who combines solid technical experience with great customer facing skills. You will be central to the development of the qualified environment having input into the evolution of the environment and the day-to-day operations. You will work with a diverse set of customers bringing unique challenges and opportunities to grow your experience. The Platform Foundations team is responsible for the AWS infrastructure that supports all of client's external facing solutions. We act as an AWS SME providing guidance to customers on how best to leverage the extensive AWS portfolio of services. Our team is dedicated to providing high levels of customer care, a consistent and highly available service and to enable the delivery of solutions to a diverse range of consumers across the healthcare industry. **Responsibilities**:
**Engage with customers.**
- To understand emerging requirements for qualified hosting.
- To help them understand the qualified solution deployment process.
- To a qualified mindset input into solution design. **Collaborate with the Team.**
- To ensure specific technical requirements for qualified hosting are included in the strategic services development.
- To promote better awareness of qualified solution hosting considerations.
- To remain aligned with broader approaches for environment management. **Maintain the qualified environment status.**




- Ensure a high standard of documentation.
- Ensure that change management processes are consistently followed.
- Work with Digital Risk Management to align with standards and processes. Qualifications: - Experience working in a highly technical role within a regulated environment with Pharmaceutical/life sciences highly preferable.
- Experience with a broad range of AWS services preferably with at least the Cloud Practitioner certification.pg. 2
- Experience working inside a large, globally distributed enterprise.
- Demonstrable experience with customer facing roles.
- Familiarity with Agile team processes preferably using Jira as the process delivery tool.
- Strong written and spoken English. **Additional notes**
- Preferably based in EMEA up to GMT + 2 hours, time zone.
- Familiarity and comfort with working remotely including being on camera during video calls.
