ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices. /li liAct as a trusted advisor for clients, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and strategic decision‑making. /li liOwn pre‑sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations. /li liManage and facilitate client workshops, translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures. /li liCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction. /li liEnsure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li8–10+ years experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a proven track record of leading complex projects. /li liStrong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance Goals, Compensation, Recruiting) with multiple end‑to‑end implementations delivered. /li liDeep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently.



/li liProven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions. /li liHigh level of autonomy and accountability, including ownership of deliverables and client relationships. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills (Italian + English), both written and spoken. /li liCollaborative mindset and willingness to work in an international, dynamic team. /li liAvailability to travel based on project needs. /li liAbility to work across multiple industries and adapt solutions to different business models. /li liPositive attitude, good communication skills, and flexibility in dynamic environments. /li liSolid analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving orientation. /li liExperience with Agile methodologies or Design Thinking. /li liProactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements. /li liCertifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liGross annual salary €45,000–€55,000, adjustable based on skills and experience beyond the required level. /li liRole covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). /li liComprehensive benefits package including corporate welfare, work‑life kit, meal vouchers, and flexible reimbursement options. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
