VIPs and local technical staff. /li liTroubleshoot issues on multiple computer platforms: Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile devices /li liKnowledge of network configurations: LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, and VLAN /li liResponsible for asset tagging and entering all incoming equipment into our asset management system /li liProvide weekly reports on physical inventory counts as well as record weekly outflows of hardware equipment /li liWork with external Suppliers to schedule repairs for damaged/malfunctioning hardware /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMust hold a valid work permit in Italy /li liSeveral years of experience in the IT field /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
