Overview
ATM is looking for a dynamic and competent leader to join the Rolling Stock & Bus Maintenance Department, within the context of our ambitious strategic plan. We are an organization committed to operational excellence and the continuous improvement of services for the community of Milan. If you have talent, passion, and the determination to lead the technical maintenance of metropolitan and tram rolling stock, this is your opportunity to make a difference The resource will be responsible for the Fleet Maintenance Execution Function, i.e., the team that performs the technical maintenance of rolling stock (metro or tram) and manages the documentation related to its re-entry into service.
Main activities
Taking delivery and returning rolling stock safely, efficiently, and ensuring customer comfort requirements are met, in compliance with scheduled maintenance interventions and short-term maintenance activity programming.




Verification and control of the correct execution of maintenance interventions, the operational management of assigned personnel and the plant, in compliance with regulations and rules according to assigned quality, productivity, and economic standards.
Control of activities carried out within the specific area of competence, by visiting and operating daily in the various environments that constitute it.
Required skills
Master's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in a similar sector of at least 4 years.
Knowledge of the fundamental principles of first-level routine maintenance of rolling stock, i.e., preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, etc.).
Good knowledge of IT systems and software (SAP, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
