About the role: Are you a social native with a passion for strategic content management AND managing creative talent? Do you have a flair for identifying and nurturing creators while developing compelling brand narratives? If so, we invite you to join OLIVER,

the largest in-house creative agency, as a Social Media Manager and Creator Manager.
In this role, you will collaborate with our international Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to develop and manage the social media activities of our client’s brand whilst leading the recruitment, briefing, and management of a network of content creators from our Creator Bench. You will orchestrate a compelling content calendar, manage community engagement, and oversee creator partnerships to drive audience growth and brand narratives.
What you will be doing:
- Community Engagement & Social Strategy
- Develop and own the organic social content calendar, planning approximately 16 posts per month
- Listen and respond to relevant consumer comments, questions, and brand mentions with on-brand responses, cultivating a network of brand advocates
