Experteer Overview As Controlling Manager in Group Finance, you will drive financial visibility and performance improvements across a broad perimeter. You partner with operations and corporate functions to ensure data consistency, policy compliance, and sound decision support. You will lead cost control, investment monitoring, and planning activities, while guiding transformation projects and developing the team. This role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration to enable strategic outcomes and financial efficiency.
Responsibilities Coordinate controlling activities across a broad perimeter to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning with emphasis on cost control and investments
Analyze operational costs, identify variances, and highlight optimization opportunities
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
Act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders in operations and corporate functions
Ensure alignment with Group guidelines, policies, and reporting standards




Supervise and develop the controlling team, promoting coordination and growth
Improve controlling processes, tools, and reporting systems
Collaborate with Group finance teams to share best practices and ensure consistency
Lead transformation projects and strategic initiatives within the assigned perimeter, managing deliverables and timelines
Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Enigineering or related fields
Solid experience in controlling roles in complex environments
Strong background in operational controlling and cost analysis
Experience in managing resources or small teams
Ability to work across corporate functions, divisions and local organizations
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proactive mindset in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
