Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee Italy's procurement activities, ensuring reliable supply and close supplier collaboration. You will help optimize costs, manage inventory, and support production through proactive risk handling. You will work with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with growth and global procurement goals. This is a growth-oriented position in a global semiconductor environment that values continuous improvement. You will drive impact by shaping supplier partnerships and supply continuity. Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships and drive effective collaboration with key suppliers. Oversee procurement of parts, materials, and services to meet production and delivery needs. Control local inventory and material planning to optimize stock and working capital. Identify supply chain risks and opportunities, taking proactive actions to ensure continuity. Monitor supplier performance,



including delivery tracking and claim management, with improvement initiatives. Negotiate local contracts, delivery terms, and commercial agreements within authorized limits. Willingness to travel. Qualifications Bachelor or Master in supply chain, business administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, contracts, and inventory Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar) and planning tools Ability to engage with Top Management and manage multiple priorities Fluent in English Benefits health care coverage financial support programs career paths and development open and collaborative culture opportunities to work globally #J-18808-Ljbffr
