Overview Experteer Overview In this role you support the Finance, Data and IT interface to drive the group's finance transformation. You will strengthen closing processes, data quality, and reporting reliability while bridging finance teams with digital solutions across 30+ international entities. You'll build automated data workflows and dashboards to enable performance insights and standardized processes. The position occurs at the intersection of finance, analytics, and IT, contributing to the company's decarbonisation and global governance goals. This is a chance to shape finance data practices within a multinational manufacturing group.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage general ledger and cost accounting processes
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and Group reporting
Extract, process and validate financial data from SAP
Design and develop automated data workflows using Alteryx Designer
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for management
Support financial and performance analysis across international entities




Ensure data alignment and harmonization across 30+ branches
Drive process standardization and automation to enhance efficiency
Responsabilità Proven experience with SAP ERP systems and financial closing, controlling and reporting in multinational environments
Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools
Advanced experience with Alteryx for data preparation and automation
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI)
Experience with Tagetik and VIM is a plus
Advanced data analysis, extraction and manipulation capabilities
Accounting knowledge including Local GAAP and IFRS
Familiarity with digitalization initiatives and AI applications in finance
Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
