Project QC Engineer – Data Centre
Location: Milan, Italy
Let's be honest. Quality doesn't fail at handover. It fails months earlier when inspections slip, data gets messy and issues aren't closed properly.
We're hiring a Project QC Engineer to manage the detail that keeps data centre projects under control. This is a site‐based role focused on QC deliverables, test packs, walkdowns,

snag tracking and reporting — the work that turns construction progress into a clean, defensible handover.

The Role As a Project QC Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining quality control deliverables across the project. You'll work closely with construction, commissioning, BIM, EHS, supply chain and client teams to ensure inspections are planned, issues are tracked, and data is accurate.
This is a delivery role, not an observational one.
Key Responsibilities Quality Culture & Site Behaviour
Lead by example in ethics, EHS, teamwork, cultural awareness and quality behaviours.
Promote a positive quality culture and a "right first time" mindset on site.
Comply with all project EHS requirements including PPE, permits and procedures.
Support development of project‐specific method statements where required.
