Production Manager

Empowering people, creating technology. **Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control, to optimize production processes.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals.- Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance productivity.- Collaborate with procurement and inventory management to ensure adequate raw material and finished goods inventory levels. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.- Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.- Experience in project management,



demonstrating successful planning and execution of complex projects.- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in using manufacturing software SAP, LEAN- Excellent level of English (C1) The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
