ppbLocation: /b Verona area, Italy /p pbRAL: /b 80-100K /p pblanguage: /bItalian, English /p h3Business Process Transformation Manager (SAP S/4HANA Program) /h3 pbLocation: /b Verona area, Italy (Hybrid) /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pA leading international industrial group headquartered in the Verona area is embarking on a strategic bSAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program /b aimed at redesigning, harmonizing and standardizing business processes across the organization. /p pTo support this transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced bBusiness Process Transformation Manager /b who will play a key role in analyzing current business processes, defining future-state models and supporting the organization throughout the transition to SAP S/4HANA. /p pReporting directly to the bChief Information Officer (CIO) /b and working closely with SAP transformation leadership, business stakeholders and implementation partners, the Process Manager will act as a bridge between business needs and the SAP transformation roadmap. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the analysis and documentation of current bAS-IS business processes /b across different business functions. /li liWork closely with business stakeholders and process owners to understand current operating models, pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. /li liMap existing processes, workflows, roles and responsibilities using structured process management methodologies. /li liIdentify opportunities for simplification, standardization and harmonization across business units. /li liDefine and document bTO-BE processes /b aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and the future operating model. /li liFacilitate workshops with business users, key users and SAP functional teams to validate process requirements and future-state designs.



/li liTranslate business requirements into clear functional needs for SAP implementation teams. /li liSupport decision-making around process changes, business rules and solution design. /li liEnsure alignment between business transformation objectives and SAP S/4HANA capabilities. /li liSupport change management activities by ensuring stakeholder engagement and business readiness. /li liContribute to the definition of process governance models and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pThe ideal candidate is a business transformation professional with strong experience in process analysis, redesign and enterprise transformation programs. /p h3Required Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in business process mapping, optimization and transformation initiatives. /li liStrong experience in bAS-IS / TO-BE process analysis /b and process redesign. /li liExperience working with business stakeholders, process owners and cross-functional teams. /li liAbility to facilitate workshops and drive alignment among different stakeholders. /li liExperience supporting ERP transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations. /li liStrong understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales or Logistics. /li liAbility to translate business needs into structured requirements for IT and implementation teams.
