Randstad Italia SpA is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for our client, a leading Chinese multinational company in the technology and telecommunications sectors, based in Milan.

Contractual Details

- Employment Type: 1-year contract managed via Randstad Italia SpA (Agency Worker).
- Location: Milan
- Salary Range: €26,000 - €29,000 (commensurate with experience).

Responsabilità

Core Responsibilities

Support the supply chain team in daily operations: you will learn from industry experts while tracking deliveries of high-tech components, managing inventory data, and improving the efficiency of the distribution network.

Main Tasks:

- Fulfillment Support: Assist in monitoring manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines to ensure on-time project fulfillment.
- Inventory & Warehouse: Help manage inventory records and support warehouse coordination activities for the division.
- Data Analysis: Collect and organize supply chain data for forecasting, reporting, and analysis to optimize the division activities.
- Logistics Planning: Support logistics planning and transportation tracking,



ensuring that the products reach their destination safely and efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify basic process gaps and contribute ideas for operational improvements within a high-growth sector.

Functie-eisen

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain management and Logistics
- Work experience: 0-3 years
- Be able to take multi-tasks, organization skills and be good at prioritizing
- Strong communication skills with customer orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and keep focus on details
- Team-work spirit, proactivity and strong learning ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
