Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Rome to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will contribute hands-on engineering to train AI systems to think like developers, writing, reviewing, and refining code across multiple languages.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to influence how AI writes and reasons about code from anywhere.
