IT Business Application Consultant SAP S/4HANA Service Module Your responsibilities and tasks For our location in Parma (Italy), we are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP S/4HANA Service Module Consultant. The new joiner will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of service management processes using the SAP S/4HANA Service module.
In this role, you will:
Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.
Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.
Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA's lavoro da remoto policy. Occasional travel may be required.

Your profile and qualifications What sets you up for success:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experience
Good experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.
Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.
Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.
Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.
Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
A good understanding of the integration with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable.
