A challenging opportunity has become available for a highly personable and experienced Operations Manager to join our senior management team. Leading the team in support to the GM, this role is responsible for the day to day operations of the business. The focus is to create and motivate a great team culture, ensure the brand standards and policies are met and guests have a brilliant experience. This hostel was originally a warehouse, so the building blends history and character with contemporary design features. Inside the Generator Venice hostel you'll find luxurious mosaic floors, a glass chandelier and an imposing stone fireplace.
