Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group's Competence centre for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non‐Radar Surveillance Products.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‐oriented PMO & Project Control Intern to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team.



This role is designed for a proactive student or recent graduate eager to gain hands‐on experience in project governance, financial backoffice activities, and industry‐standard project management tools. You will work closely with the PMO team to ensure data accuracy, support resource management, and assist in maintaining our enterprise project tracking systems (Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle OCM).
Key Responsibilities
1. PMO Backoffice & Governance Support
Data Maintenance: Support the team in gathering, organizing, and updating project documentation, status reports, and KPI dashboards.
Administrative Support: Assist in tracking team workloads, updating resource allocation logs, and preparing materials for stakeholder and steering committee meetings.
Process Optimization: Help maintain and streamline PMO templates, guidelines, and internal knowledge repositories.
Tools & Systems Support (Primavera P6 / Oracle OCM)
