ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you contribute to global RD projects within the Transformer Business Unit, shaping new transformer solutions from design to testing. You will collaborate with cross-site teams, manage project milestones and risks, and support product managers with business cases and market introduction plans. Your work includes electrical design, simulations, and documentation to drive innovation and reliable performance in transformer technology. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliLead and manage RD projects ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality requirements /liliSupport RD project managers and product managers with business cases, cost evaluations, and market introduction plans /liliConduct transformer electrical design or design reviews and oversee manufacturing/testing of prototypes /liliAssess and mitigate risks when introducing new technologies /liliPerform finite element simulations for transformers for projects or troubleshooting /liliShare knowledge via technical reports, specifications,
