ppstrongJob Description: /strong /ppstrongCROWN Packaging Manufacturing /strong Italy S.r.l. is seeking an strongexperienced Production Planner /strongto optimize production schedules, material flow, and inventory levels for our manufacturing operations. /ppThis role is crucial in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our packaging products. /ppuJob Responsibilities: /u /pp* Develop, maintain, and execute complex production schedules in alignment with sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity. /pp* Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce lead times. /pp* Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and maximize availability, utilizing advanced planning systems. /pp* Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. /pp* Lead efforts in demand planning and forecasting, incorporating market trends and historical data. /pp* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns. /pp* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and system enhancements. /pp* Mentor and support junior planners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.



/ppuJob Qualifications: /u /pp* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /pp* Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. /pp* Proven experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP) is essential. /pp* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. /pp* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. /pp* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. /pp* Fluency in Italian and English is required. /pp* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing setting. /ppWe offer a strongpermanent employment contract /strong with a stronggross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 /strong, depending on the candidate’s professional experience and qualifications. /ppThe role provides the opportunity to work in a strongchallenging and international environment /strong. /ppstrongDaytime working hours /strong are offered, along with strongcorporate welfare programs and local benefits /strong. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
