ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will lead end-to-end logistics across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific to enable cost-efficient, high-service shipments and support business growth. You will drive performance through KPI tracking, network optimization, and strategic logistics initiatives within a global team. The role focuses on implementing advanced logistics solutions, including Oracle Transportation Management, and aligning logistics with customer needs and company priorities. This is an opportunity to shape supply chain excellence in a global agro-solutions business. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliLead end-to-end logistics operations across Europe, EMEA and APAC with focus on transport, warehousing and distribution /liliDrive logistics performance by monitoring KPIs, service levels, OTIF, lead times and efficiency /liliCollaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics with priorities /liliOwn the logistics budget and identify optimization opportunities for networks, warehousing,



and carrier performance /liliBuild and manage relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners for service excellence and continuous improvement /liliLead strategic logistics projects including network optimization, warehouse initiatives and OTM implementation /liliEnsure compliance with transport, customs, hazardous materials, and HSE regulations while managing risk /liliChampion standardization, digital transformation and continuous improvement to improve visibility and customer satisfaction /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMinimum 5 years in logistics or supply chain, international or Italian-based experience preferred /liliStrong knowledge of logistics software and ERP systems; experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle ERP an advantage /liliSolid understanding of European transport laws, customs regulations and supply chain dynamics /liliFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills /liliProven leadership experience and ability to manage teams and external partners /liliProactive, hands-on approach with focus on continuous improvement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
