In Job S.p.A. - Milan's Career Center is hiring a **Cost Controller** for a leading global group of premium schools The HR Cost Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring financial operations, analyzing costs, preparing budgets and ensuring compliance with HR financial systems and procedures. The chosen person closely with Finance and HR departments to ensure financial stability. **Responsibilities**: - Prepare accurate and timely monthly reporting in terms of HR costs and FTE/headcount at different levels (entity, cost centre and cost type
- Perform and monitor monthly analysis of HR costs and FTE/headcount by entity/cost centre/cost type, focusing on variances against forecast and budget
- Prepare and monitor the HR forecast and budgets, dealing with heads of department and the group/internal guidelines/requirements




- Liasing with Finance ad HR departments to streamline and improve HR processes and proceduresvAd hoc analysis **Required Skills**: - Strong knowledge of HR cost structure, financial analysis, and cost control techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive and goal-oriented
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools **Offered Features**: - Permanent Contract
