Our client, a leading company in the Insurance industry, is currently seeking a talented Insurance Product Specialist to join their team in the Insurance Ops department.
**Role** The Client in Italy reinforces the Marketing and Commercial Area and looks for an Insurance Product Marketing Specialist in charge of the development and implementation of Insurance products (Life Protection and P&C;). **Experience and profile**: - Degree in Economics / Marketing
- 3 - 5 Experience in Insurance companies in similar positions in particular with skills in drafting contractual documentation, underwriting, subscription for Life and Non-life products
- Solid Knowledge of the Insurance market
- English language is required / French is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and synthesis
- Communication skills
- Spirit of Initiative
- Collective mindset, team working, creativity and thinking "out of the box" attitude will be strongly appreciated **Mission**: - New product design: conception of new products/services




- Be in charge both of technical design for new offers as for the evolution of existing offers, analysing the risks and expectations of customers in order to propose a suitable guarantee offer.
- Be in charge of tender replies
- Put in place a constant monitoring of Insurance market (products and competitors)
- Follow regulatory updates, technological and competitive developments of insurance products.
- Up-selling/cross selling: develop additional products or services for the existing distribution channels or commercial partners.
- Documentation: product sheets, "fascicoli", presentation and support material for internal and external use
- Drafting contractual documentation in coordination with, Legal, OPE Dept, and with Head office
- Contribute to develop methodologies, practices and marketing activities.
- Managing end to end process for launching new products and restyling existing ones
- Person in charge of the new product approval process (NPC)
