Primary person in charge of project implementation and process management. Be fully responsible for project planning and management, and supervise project members to carry out various tasks, and ensure the performance of the contract. Focus on controlling project progress (most importantly meet the level 1 plan), quality, safety, cost, risk and personnel deployment and recruitment for execution. Support BD team to assess the feasibility of the projects opportunities, pipelines (site visits may be required). Monitor the status of Backlog (ready-to-build in 3-6 months) projects and be responsible to organize the team to finish the kick-off process as per company’s rule, and initiate procurement requests to procurement team in OA. Be responsible for cash-flow management for the projects (preferably positive cash flow) and apply
