ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Logistics Lead Engineer you will drive the design, planning and delivery of major capital automation projects on the manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets. You will oversee logistics automation, integrating AS/RS, AGVs and conveyors with manufacturing processes and quality standards. You will apply Lean engineering to optimize material flow and reduce waste, and manage project budgets and cross-functional collaboration. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, safety and operations, offering scope to shape scalable logistics solutions. Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System requirements /liliApply Lean engineering principles to improve material flow and eliminate waste /liliOversee project budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of major automation projects /liliTroubleshoot and elevate bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment /liliCoach staff in safety standards and promote an inclusive, cross-functional team environment /liliProactively seek continuous improvements in daily tasks through training, coaching and follow-ups /liliEnsure project milestones are met with a professional approach /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliAutomation project experience: 2+ years in development, commissioning and implementation of automated warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high-bay storage, conveyors) in food or manufacturing /liliKnowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA related to automation) to minimize injuries and damages /liliExperience in CAPEX budget administration and Lean methodologies /liliStrong knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing /liliAbility to promote inclusion and teamwork /liliUniversity Degree in Engineering disciplines (Logistics, Automation, Mechanical, Processes, Industrial engineering or similar) /liliFluency in English; Italian a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
