Aprile China is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare financial reports, management analysis and group reporting
- Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR, intercompany transactions, accruals and bank reconciliations
- Monitor customer collections, supplier payments, credit risk and cost control
- Ensure compliance with PRC accounting, tax, foreign exchange and statutory requirements
- Support freight forwarding operational finance, including profitability analysis and revenue and cost recognition
- Lead,



develop and support the local finance team
- Drive process improvements across ERP systems and financial operations

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years managing a team
- Previous experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of PRC accounting standards, taxation and internal controls
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and audit coordination
- SAP or ERP system experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
