As our People & Culture Manager, you will bring energy, creativity and leadership, being the heartbeat of our people strategy at hotel level. As a key member of the Management Team, you partner closely with the General Manager and Regional P&C; Director to translate corporate vision into meaningful, local impact. This is a hands‐on, highly visible role where you'll lead the full employee lifecycle: from hiring and development to payroll, compliance, and engagement—while building a culture where people thrive and performance follows. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and foster a high‐performing, inclusive culture, managing complex cases with confidence and fairness Embed P&C; strategy to drive engagement, retention, and performance Deliver exceptional onboarding and workforce planning and drive learning, development,



and succession planning Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management Oversee end‐to‐end payroll (Zucchetti) with accuracy and compliance Ensure adherence to Italian labour law & CCNL Partner with Finance and leadership on labour cost control and budgeting Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes What You Bring A hands‐on mindset with strong ownership and energy Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels Solid experience in HR management within hospitality (Italy preferred) Strong knowledge of Italian labour law & CCNL Experience with HR systems (Zucchetti is a plus) Fluent Italian & English A passion for people, culture, and delivering real business impact Benefits Competitive salary Recommend a friend scheme up to €750 Euros (gross) Ticket Meals Attractive Departmental Incentive Schemes, as per company policy 50% F&B; discount at our restaurants and bars (for your whole party)* Discounted hotel rates (extends to the Radisson
