Responsibilities Drive and design the quality management strategies Represent the Quality Management for Power Modules within the development team Correlate the failure mechanisms on power modules Prepare and deliver customer-facing quality reports and presentations Manage failure analysis requests, coordinate cross-functional teams Requirements Ph D or master's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position Knowledge in semiconductor physics as well as in semiconductor applications, preferably in the Si C / Ga N domain Knowledge of international quality standards and policies e.g. AEC-Q101, AQG 324 Familiar with measurement methods and equipment as well as device testing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
