Faces Engineering is looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Milan team. We are open to candidates at different levels of experience, including: Design Engineers (3–4 years of experience) Junior Engineers (1–2 years of experience) You will be involved in the design and analysis of structural systems across a range of materials, contributing to the delivery of high‐quality engineering projects. Key Requirements Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Structural Engineering Good knowledge of structural design across different materials (concrete, steel, masonry and timber) Familiarity with current structural and seismic design standards (NTC 2018 and Eurocodes) Experience with FEM software commonly used in professional practice (SAP2000, ETABS, Midas, Straus) Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (Auto CAD, Revit) Familiarity with parametric design tools (Dynamo and/or Grasshopper) is a plus Site experience and willingness to be involved in construction site activities are considered a plus Fluency in Italian and English What Makes You a Great Fit Motivated engineer with a collaborative mindset Strong commitment to quality and project deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
