Supervise and support the shift team in the development of work plans defined by the schedule, ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. Work with the unit supervisor to create an effective working environment and reinforce production schedules and quality. **This position reports to**:
Production Supervisor **Your responsibilities**: - Assists unit supervisor in shift processing, coordination, and execution of work plan within production lines during the shift.




- Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations for the management of issues within the production line, including production line organization, prioritization and possible critical situations.
- Assists the unit supervisor in implementing personnel movements in case of holidays, illness, work stoppages or priority setting.
- Acts as a coordinator during the shifts to solve technical/quality and logístical problems.
- Focuses on volume, efficiency and delivery times.
- Ensures that the shift is performed in accordance with safety policies and guidelines. **Your background**: - Five-year diploma.
- At least 7 years' experience in production/logistics.
- Basic knowledge of English and the office package.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Autonomy, proactiveness, result orientation.
- Good interpersonal skills and interest in working in a dynamic context that requires interaction with other company functions.
